The tension between Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez has been palpable since the moment they broke up. Now in Bieber’s newest single, it looks like the drama isn’t over yet.
When the music video for “Where Are U Now” was released on Monday, many fans spotted something in the colorful animation, reports ET Online. In several sections of the video, there is writing that spells out “Where r now, Selena.”
The music video had fans of the song come to a gallery and draw on every snapshot of the video. When it was put together, it created a psychedelic sensation.
It also showed that Bieber might not be over Gomez.
Seventeen Magazine acknowledges the fact that Bieber saw these drawing before putting them in the video. He usually has a large role in the creation of his music videos, so it is unlikely he was unaware of it.
Skrillex and Diplo commented that, “Justin wrote this record during a tough time in his life and it come to us that sometimes, as artists, we are also just objects and we have to take that as much as we have to use that to create.”
