We begin this week's episode with Kaitlyn about to rip Clint a new one because he had made her believe that they had an authentic connection, but behind the scenes things were much different. Clint seemed to be having feelings for JJ, and was only pretending to like Kaitlyn in order to stay in the house and spend time with JJ (sidebar: The authenticity of the "Brokeback Bachelor" angle is still in question). Though he tries to sweet talk her, Kaitlyn stands her ground and tells him that she wants him to go home because she cannot trust him.

Kaitlyn and Clint tell the rest of the group the news, and to everyone's surprise, JJ turns on his friend, telling him to apologize for wasting their time. Wait, what? Wasn't that you best friend a minute ago? Before Clint Exits, he and JJ have a heated argument, face to face (literally, they were a few inches apart), as Clint is angry that his friend completely turned on him. Clint leaves, cut to JJ crying (JJ is really giving me whiplash with his constant change in persona). After such an eventful night, Kaitlyn feels that she is not emotionally ready to have a rose ceremony, so the ceremony is cancelled, much to the disappointment of the other men,and me, and i'm sure many of you, who are ready to see JJ go.

But can you rap?
Chris Harrison informs the group that they are about to embark on a world tour, and for their first stop, New York! We jump right into the first group date with Jonathan, Justin, Ben Z, Corey, Ryan, Tanner, JJ, and Sean. For the first date, they are gonna have a rap battle with the help of special guest, Doug E Fresh. They do a decent job, in my opinion anyways (please keep in mind that my knowledge of rap is very limited). The only one who gets booed is JJ who uses the word "hoes" to describe women during his rap. Oh JJ. As the performances are going on, we see Nick Viall in the background, yes, the infamous Nick that they have been teasing us with in the trailers. This is where Kaitlyn first meets him.

The return of Nick Viall
For those of you who aren't Bachelorette fanatics, let me give you the low down: Nick Viall was the runner-up in Andi Dorfman's season of The Bachelorette. He is the one that spilled the beans that he and Andi had had sex in the fantasy suite during her season. He shared this information on national TV! This guy is a class act (please note the sarcasm). So why is he here you ask? Well, after he and Kaitlyn had both finished their respective seasons, they began to develop a friendship over social media, connected by the fact that they had each experienced the crazy world of The Bachelor. They were texting and emailing, building a friendship before this process started. Nick is here, according to him anyway, because he feels that if he didn't come to the show, he would miss out on a chance with Kaitlyn.

Nick tells Kaitlyn that it's up to her whether or not he stays. She is confused and overwhelmed but there isn't too much time to ponder as the men are here for the second part of the date. Before they can even a grab a drink, she drops the bombshell on them that Nick might also be a possible suitor for her. This news causes the men to question Kaitlyn because, why would she bring another man in if she was making any connections with them? They ask, are they not enough? The men not only question Nick's intentions, due to his past, they also begin to judge Kaitlyn since she wants him, even though she knows the distasteful things he has done. Though the men aren't happy with this announcement, she goes out to meet Nick, and they kiss, the first kiss of the episode. Justin gets the rose on the group date, but let's face it, no one was dying to get the rose on that particular night. The next day, Kaitlyn meets with Nick in person and tells him that she definitely wants him to stick around.

Night as the museum
Jared (who's quickly becoming my favorite), gets the one on one date. They meet at the MET. Yes! The Metropolitan Museum of Art. Truth moment: I am jealous for the first time ever watching this show. Though it is an amazing date, Kaitlyn is too mentally caught up in Nick to notice at first, but after an awesome little poem, Jared nabs the second kiss of the episode, and a rose. The night gets even better when they take a helicopter ride around the city. Seriously, to whoever planned this date, you had one job, and you executed it, phenomenally.

Broadway!
The next morning, Kaitlyn breaks the news to the guys that Nick is staying, and moving into the house. Though they don't like it, they accept it and things move on swiftly to the second group date with; Ian, Chris, Joe, Joshua, and Ben H. The men have to "audition" for the opportunity to be in Aladdin on Broadway. Many of the men fail miserably at singing, but Chris puts on a show, winning him the chance to be in the Broadway performance with Kaitlyn (don't get you panties in a bunch, it was a blink and you miss it, NON SPEAKING, part). They have a great end of the night, getting to see the NYC Times Square ball up close. Chris gets the 3rd kiss of the episode.

The episode concludes with Nick about to move into the house. He opens the door to enter and...we gotta wait till next week to see what happens.

Almost forget to mention, we get a shot of Britt and Brady who still seem to be a happy couple, emphasis onseem.
