Blake Shelton performed in his first concert performance since the news broke of his divorce from country music sweetheart, Miranda Lambert, on Monday.

According to Us Weekly, Shelton performed the Country Jam USA music festival in Eau Claire, Wisc. on Friday, July 24.

The star made light of the headline-making divorce to Lambert during his performance. After asking the TV cameras to scan the crowd, the screens failed. "Man, this isn't my week," the thirty nine-year-old country crooner joked.

"Sorry we got cut short Eau Claire… next time we’ll make up for it!" the singer tweeted to his 13 million followers.

This tweet was not the first of the "Sangria" singer's to garner attention from fans this week. On Friday, Shelton and Lambert tweeted to each other.

"Hey Miranda can u believe there’s people who haven’t bought Ashley Monroe’s new album?” he had tweeted on his official account, referencing the former couple’s close pal and fellow country singer. "Isn’t that shocking?!!"

“No I can’t because it is the best work she has ever done! I love it!” the 31-year-old replied. The "Gunpowder and Lead" singer then added, “We love you Ashley Monroe.”

The couple officially announced the end of their four-year marriage on July 20. The two told Us Weekly in a joint statement this is "with heave hearts" that they reveal that their marriage is over.
