Eminem and Gwen Stefani have teamed up and released a new song from the soundtrack for the upcoming movie Southpaw.
The Huffington Post noted that the “Kings Never Die” single off the highly-anticipated soundtrack was released on Friday. So far, it has gotten rave reviews.
“Here to stay, either way I’m gone/ When I close my eyes through the passage of time, kings never die,” Stefani sings on the hook.
"I complain about the game, I shout and I pout, it's a love-hate / But I found out that I can move a mountain of doubt / Even when you b*tches are counting me out and I appear to be down for the count,” Eminem raps in one of his verses.
This is the first musical collaboration between the rapper and The Voice coach.
As we reported, Eminem released another song from Southpaw last month titled "Phenomenal."
The full soundtrack will be released on July 24 the same day as the film, which stars Jake Gyllenhaal playing a professional boxer named Billy “The Great” Hope, who is struggling to get his life in order.
