Many people use Uber for rides in cities that haven’t banned it, but the company is now continuing their awesome feature that delivers ice cream to customers.
Uber Ice Cream has been introduced in over 250 cities across the world, 50 countries and six continents. This is the fourth year Uber has offered this feature to customers and it’s only available on Friday from 11am to 5pm.
However, Uber is warning customers about the wait time due to the high demand. The “demand will be high and availability limited,” they said, Yahoo Tech reports, so don’t expect your ice cream to arrive as fast as your ride normally does.
Uber has done similar promotions like this in the past, like two years ago when they delivered Christmas trees. They even delivered kittens.
All you have to do to get started is open your Uber app, set your location and request ICE CREAM. If you’re using a Capital One card as your payment method use the promo code SWEETDEAL and your ice cream is free.
