Next time you think about insulting an actor on Twitter, you might want to do some research into their personality. Obviously, James Woods doesn’t take insults lightly, since he decided to file a $10 million lawsuit against a Twitter user who called him a ‘cocaine addict.’

The two-time Oscar nominated actor filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court Wednesday against a Twitter user with the account name “Abe List,” reports The Hollywood Reporter. Woods claims that Abe List, whose account has now been deleted, called him a “cocaine addict” in a tweet that was seen by “thousands of AL's followers and hundreds of thousands of Mr. Woods' followers,” according to the complaint.

Before the account was deleted, THR did find the Twitter user who responded to a July 15 tweet Woods posted about the media. “Cocaine addict James Woods still sniffing and spouting,” the message read.

Woods said Abe Listed “stepped over the line” because Woods has never been addicted to cocaine, the complaint notes. Woods also claims that Abe Listed sent several other insulting tweets to Woods. The user did call him a “ridiculous scum clown-boy” in a response to a tweet about Woods.

According to THR, the lawsuit doesn’t say if Woods ever tried to block Abe Listed from following him or seeing his tweets. Woods could have also reported the insulting comments to Twitter. Another option would be to laugh it off and read the tweet in Jimmy Kimmel’s “Mean Tweets” sketch.

Woods has over 239,000 followers and mostly uses his Twitter profile to criticize government policy.
