Following his girlfriend Nicki Minaj getting into it with Taylor Swift on Twitter, Meek Mill has started his own feud with Drake.
Meek, who just scored his first No. 1 album with Dreams Worth More Than Money, does not want to be compared to Drake in any way. His reason is that he’s accusing Drake of having a ghostwriter.
“Stop comparing drake to me too....” he first tweeted. “He don't write his own raps! That's why he ain't tweet my album because we found out!”
He went on to say other artists in the industry are scared to say the same thing, tweeting, “The whole game know forreal they scared to tell the truth! I can't wait tok these guys and sit back and act like they don't know!”
Meek went on to praise J Cole and Kendrick Lamar, who “really know how to rap,” but dropped yet another bombshell about Drake in his next tweet.
“He ain't even write that verse on my album and if I woulda knew I woulda took it off my album..... I don't trick my fans! Lol. I only know how to tell the truth..... If hov gave me a verse somebody wrote I would do the same thing! No shade to hov!”
We wonder how his girlfriend, who got into her own Twitter feud with Taylor Swift on Tuesday night, feels about these tweets since she's on the same label as Drake and has worked with him many times.
