A Reddit AMA has revealed that McDonald’s has a secret menu customers can order from, as long as they’re in-the-know.

The AMA was conducted with a UK-based manager of the fast food chain, who revealed the secret menu is considered a "grill order,” which basically means we can order any extra ingredients to personalize our orders for extra cost.

"Order one and the workers might not know it by name,” the user OrchidHibiscus, who is a shift manager in a Glasgow, Scotland McDonald’s location wrote. “But if you explain what it is, and are willing to pay for all the ingredients, it's just another 'grill order' that we can make up.”

The manager referenced a few examples of combinations of menu items such as the "McGangbang," which is a McChicken Sandwich inside of a McDouble.

A spokesperson for McDonald’s has since denied the existence of a secret menu in a statement to Mashable, but said customers can ask for anything they want as a variation to their regular menu items.

“We do not have a secret menu at McDonald’s UK,” said the rep. “That’s because we love the food that we serve in our restaurants and we don’t want to keep it a secret from our customers.”
