Crough died at age 52 of arrhythmogenic right ventricular dysplasia (ARVD) - a condition that affects one in 5,000 people. Crough was last seen on television in 2010 when she appeared on the Today Show with some of her Partridge Family co-stars. She said at the time that she had a ‘normal job,’ and was working as ther manager of an Office Max.

The actress was seven-years-old when she was cast on the hit television show that made stars out of actors like David Cassidy, Susan Dey and Danny Bonaduce. The Partridge Family ran from 1970 to 1974.
