Bryce Dallas Howard has found her next post-Jurassic World project and will pair her with another hot star. The project is Gold, which stars Matthew McConaughey.
Gold was written by Patrick Massett and John Zinman and will be directed by Syrianna’s Stephen Gaghan. McConaughey stars as a miner who heads to the jungles of Indonesia to find gold with the help of a geologist. According to Deadline, Howard will star as McConaughey’s girlfriend, whose love for him is pushed to the limit by his new cause.
The cast also includes Stacy Keach, Bruce Greenwood, Toby Kebbell and Corey Stoll.
The film is being produced by Black Bear’s Teddy Schwarzman and HWY 61’s Michael Nozik. The executive producers are Paul Haggis, Richard Middleton and Ben Stillman. Filming is already underway.
Howard just starred in Jurassic World and is signed for the next Jurassic Park film. She also stars in David Lowery’s Pete’s Dragon remake, which opens on Aug. 12, 2016.
