Fetty Wap's debut single "Trap Queen" was the song of the summer for many and now fans are finally getting a full album release from the breakthrough rapper.
Fetty Wap announced that his debut album will be released September 25, according to The Associated Press.
"I'm just waiting for it to get mixed and mastered," the rapper said. "My album has been done for like two months now."
Fetty has three songs on the Billboard Hot 100 right now — "Trap Queen," which peaked at number two on the charts, along with "My Way" and "679."
"Our industry is lacking on a wholesale level of artist development... and we feel that [Wap is] just so brilliant and has developed this new style, new sound," said Lyon Cohen, who signed Fetty to 300 Entertainment.
Fetty Wap has been having a great summer so far — he performed with Taylor Swift in front of 60,000 people, is nominated for two MTV Video Music Awards and is opening for Chris Brown's One Hell of a Nite Tour.
