There’s so much wrong with the following story that it might make your eyes pop out. George Zimmerman, the man acquitted of shooting and killing Florida teen Trayvon Martin, has teamed with a ‘Muslim-free’ Florida gun store to sell his Confederate flag painting that defends the Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.

The store Florida Gun Supply in Inverness, Florida gained national attention when store owner Andy Hallinan posted a video last month that declared his store a “Muslim-free” zone. The Council on American-Islamic Relations then sued him, notes Time.

Zimmerman was so inspired by Hallinan’s plight to be racist that he stopped painting an American flag and instead painted a Confederate battle flag. He even wrote “The 2nd protects our 1st,” in reference to the Bill of Rights.

“The caption, 'the 2nd protects the first' is a double entendre,” Zimmerman said in a statement posted on the gun store’s site. “The first flag I painted on this canvas was an American Flag, but decided to repaint over it with the Confederate Flag when I heard Andy was getting sued by CAIR. The 2nd flag I painted was the Battle Flag - which we need in America in order to protect the first.”

Florida Gun Supply is offering a print of Zimmerman’s painting for $50. Once you buy it, you’ll be instantly entered into a contest to win the actual painting. Half of the proceeds will go to supporting Zimmerman, with the other half going to the Boys And Girls Club.

Here’s the mini-documentary Florida Gun Supply made about the painting:
