The upcoming Fusion Festival in Birmingham will be without a major headliner. Justin Bieber has cancelled his appearance due to an ''unforeseen issue." Bieber hasn't played in the U.K. for the past two years.

Bieber took to his Twitter account and added that he was deeply disappointed that he wouldn't be able to perform for his U.K. fans and that he wanted to address this personally before the U.K. media "tears him apart."

Festival organizers are working to find another headliner to take the place of Bieber. The lineup still includes performances by Tinie Tempah, Rudimental, McBusted, Rixton, Clean Bandit, Labrinth, Ella Henderson, Dj Fresh and Sigma.

The Fusion Festival raises money for The Prince's Trust, which is a youth charity that was founded by Charles, Prince of Wales, and Frederick John Pervin back in 1976.

Bieber has currently been spending his time in the studio working on his latest album. He is expected to drop his next single, "What Do You Mean," on August 28th.
