Lana Del Rey has been quiet for a while, but now she is coming back strong with her new album Honeymoon. She just released her second single titled “High By The Beach” and it has already received positive reviews.
In July, Del Rey gave fans a sample of her upcoming album when she released "Honeymoon”.
When asked about the album, she said, “It’s very different from the last one and similar to the first two.”
She wasn’t planning to release “High By The Beach” until later on in the year, but it was leaked online just a few days ago, reports Entertainment Weekly.
The song itself is very eerie and monotone, but has Del Rey’s classic whimsical style. It tells the story of an ex-boyfriend and how she never thought he was a real man.
“You could be a bad motherf**ker, but that don’t make you man,” sang Del Rey. Ouch.
The full album should be released some time in September.
