Was comedian Mike Epps really trying to cheat on his wife publicly on Twitter? That appears to be what many are suspecting after Epps’ wife spotted his conversation with another woman and then had him block her from following him.
Epps got into a discussion with a Twitter user named @CeciCitra after she posted “ppl really get angry about ‘spoilers’ lmfaoooo” on Saturday. Epps then randomly responded to her “hey.” She wrote back, “lmao hello” and then he asked her if she was on Instagram. The girl told him that she was no longer using the photo-sharing service, so he asked her to send him a direct message on Twitter.
On Monday night, @CecilCitra posted a screenshot of Epps’ Twitter profile, which shows that she is now blocked from seeing his tweets. “I. Am. Weak,” she wrote.

Why was she blocked? As Complex points out, likely because Epps’ wife Michelle didn’t like where the conversation was going. Michelle Epps tweeted a screenshot of the conversation, adding an “eyes” emoji. She was definitely watching. Michelle Epps has since deleted that tweet, but most of Epps’ conversation with @CecilCitra is still up.
Since the story went viral, @CecilCitra has been retweeting memes about the situation. She even wrote, “Smh if I had known all this was gonna happen tonight I would've put up full body avi.” However, she doesn’t seem to be happy that people are insinuating that Epps was trying to cheat on his wife with her.
Epps has not commented on the situation.
