Jared Fogle, the former spokesman for Subway, has reportedly agreed to plead guilty to child pornography possession charges. Fogle’s home in Zionsville, Indiana was raided by the FBI, Indiana state police and Postal Service investigators in July.

Sources told Fox 59 in Indianapolis that Fogle will formally accept the plea deal tomorrow, with the deal announced during a U.S. Attorney’s Office press conference. TMZ and RTV6 ABC also confirmed that there is a plea deal.

However, the terms of the deal have not been revealed and there is no information on the specific charges Fogle is facing. RTV6 reports that Fogle could face up to eight years in prison.

Fogle’s home was raided on July 7, shortly after Russell Taylor, a former executive director at Fogle’s Jared Foundation, was arrested for producing and possession of child pornography. Taylor’s home was also raided and investigators found over 500 videos and photos of child pornography.

After the raid of his home, Subway cut ties with Fogle and a cameo he made in Sharknado 3: Oh Hell No! was cut. Fogle, 37, had been appearing in Subway ads for over 15 years after he lost 235 pounds while eating Subway subs and exercising.
