Concussion, one of the many films coming out on Christmas Day this year, has received its first trailer. The film stars Will Smith as Dr. Bennet Omalu, who was among the doctors who linked football playing with specific brain trauma.

Dr. Omalu, who discovered CTE, struggled to convince the NFL that the game of football could be hazardous to a player’s health in the long-term. The first trailer for the film was released in Peter King’s MMQB column this morning.
