Some weird things are starting to happen with Lindsay Lohan again. After last month’s rumored erratic behavior at a friend’s wedding in Italy, the troubled actress posted a really strange message on Instagram. She also backed out of an appearance at the Toronto International Film Festival at the last moment.
Over the weekend, Lohan posted a black and white picture of herself, wearing a hat that covered her eyes. She included a long, rambling caption that took shots at PETA, TMZ and E! News. She also appears to have something against film producer Harvey Weinstein and wants Oprah Winfrey to “live with integrity.” She also tells the United Nations - or someone - to “stop fighting and using artists for distractions. It’s boring.”

The post surfaced just as The Hollywood Reporter confirmed that she backed out of a Toronto party on Sunday that was supposed to promote her next film, Jonathan Baker’s Inconceivable. Sources linked to the project, which hasn’t started filming yet, told THR that it was due to some scheduling conflicts. However, the site suggests that her long criminal record would have made it tough for her to enter Canada.
All this comes after a August report that claimed she was drugged at a friend’s wedding in Italy and ran around the villa naked. It was also reported that she lost her publicist even before that incident.
