Marion "Suge" Knight’s hearing for a robbery case has been delayed until next month.

Billboard noted that at the request of his defense lawyer, the robbery case hearing against the former music executive had been postponed until Oct. 13. Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Ronald Coen granted the request and also pushed back the date for a hearing in a murder case against him as well.

As we reported, the robbery case hearing, which was originally scheduled to take place Thursday, is for a charge against Knight and comedian Katt Williams for allegedly taking a camera from a female photographer last September. Both men have plead not guilty to the charge.

Knight is also facing more serious charges for the murder of Terry Carter, who he is accused of having an argument with and later running over in a parking lot.

The once-powerful music mogul is the co-founder of Death Row Records, a label that at one time had rap's biggest artists including Tupac Shakur, Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg signed.
