Alyssa Milano has been a strong supporter of getting rid of the stigma around breastfeeding and she’s now helping that some more by posting a photo of herself nursing her daughter in her Halloween costume.
Milano dressed up as Wonder Woman for Halloween last year, and reposted a photo of herself this year. “#tbt 2014 Wonder Woman! #normalizebreastfeeding,” she captioned the photo.
Last month, Milano hit back at Twitter users who criticized her for posting a different breastfeeding photo to Instagram. She told ET, “I don’t care. I’m going to keep breastfeeding, maybe even until [Elizabella is] 6!”
She added of Miley Cyrus, “Everyone’s fine with her nipples being out. I think people are more comfortable sexualizing breasts than relating them to what they were made for, which is feeding another human.”
Milano and her husband, Hollywood agent David Bugliari, have two children; Milo, 4, and Elizabeth, 1.
