Famous exes Sean Penn and Madonna have sparked rumors that they could be rekindling what they once had after the actor was spotted at yet another one of the Material Girl’s concerts.
ET reported that Penn attended Madonna’s show on Wednesday evening in Vancouver, Canada. He was seen next to Madge’s friend Amy Schumer, looking on at his ex-wife as she performed for the crowd.
The Milk star was even seen happily reacting as she sang “True Blue,” which is the very song she dedicated to him when it first came out.
TMZ noted that during her concert, Madonna said her song “Secret” was for a “special guest.” The "Things haven't been the same since you came into my life, you found a way to touch my soul” lyrics have left us wondering if that was another dedication to her ex-husband.
The 55-year-old actor and the singer were married for four years in the ‘80s and although it reportedly wasn’t the most wonderful ending, Penn always maintained that the two were still good friends. Perhaps they could be something more now.
