Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale are moving forward with their divorce.

According to TMZ, Stefani and Rossdale have agreed on a divorce settlement. The pair will have joint custody of their three children.

Even though Stefani and Rossdale will each have 50/50 custody of Kingston, 9, Zuma, 6, and Apollo, 19 months, a source said the kids will likely spend more time with Rossdale because of Stefani’s touring schedule.

Another source revealed that Stefani and Rossdale had no prenup. In the state of California, that means they are both entitled to half of their shared property. However, Rossdale will reportedly be getting less than half of their shared property to make the divorce process quicker and easier.

Stefani filed for divorce after 13 years of marriage in August.

“While the two of us have come to the mutual decision that we will no longer be partners in marriage, we remain partners in parenthood and are committed to jointly raising our three sons in a happy and healthy environment,” a statement from Stefani and Rossdale read. “To that end, we respectfully request privacy from the media during this time.”
