All fans of the Joni (aka Jonas Brothers) can rejoice because now a second brother is officially back into the singing business. Joe Jonas, the former lead singer of the boy band, has joined a new group called DNCE and they just released a lyric video to go along with their upbeat single “Cake By The Ocean.”

The 26-year-old previously experimented with DJing as DJ Danger shortly after the brother-based band broke up and has continued to do so as of now, according to VH1.

DNCE, his latest musical venture appeared on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. Jonas posted a photo of the band before their television debut with the caption, “GAME FACES ON. WATCH @fallontonight TONIGHT!”

The group, consisting of guitarist JinJoo Lee, bassist/keyboardist Cole Whittle, and drummer Jack Lawless, rocked the stage used for infamous lip-sync battles, People reports.

The content of the song, like many other hits of today, includes innuendos that come from the title itself. Cake by the ocean, is actually referring to sex on the beach, confirmed by Nylon, who first released the lyric video on behalf of the Jonas-led band.

Only time will tell if the band makes it as “Your new favorite band” as the tagline from their Instagram reads.
