It has been a rough night for Lindsay Lohan and her mother Dina, who rushed to catch a flight landed after midnight and now, rejected by two L.A. hotels.

TMZ reported the mother and daughter arrived in the lobby of Shutters Hotel on the Beach in Santa Monica at around 1AM Wednesday.

Mom Dina went inside to check-in and Lindsay stayed in the car, but Dina went out within minutes - she was turned away by hotel management.

The hotel told TMZ that they had a solid reason to turn her away, after Lindsay trashed on of their rooms in 2007.

The pair then went to the chic Loews Hotel, but was also turned away.

The hotel management told TMZ they had no vacant rooms at that moment.

There is no confirmation so far about where they would eventually stay, but one thing is for sure, Lindsay has a court hearing at 8:30AM.

Lindsay Lohan panicked yesterday, because if she did not attend her court hearing, she would be arrested for false documents her new lawyer Mark Heller sent to the judge.

Heller submitted a doctor's note to the judge saying Lohan had caught an upper respiratory infection, attached with a New York Post's article about the rising of flu epidemic in the Big Apple, The Hollywood Gossip reported.

On the date of reported 'doctor examination', she was seen shopping in New York SOHO and was smoking cigarettes.

TMZ reported that she jetted to L.A. for her court hearing, flying first class in a flight landed after midnight.
