Marc Jacobs has responded to an exposé that was published by the New York Post this week, alleging he hosted a group orgy with men he met on Grindr.

The source is someone who claimed to be at the orgy, who alleged there were drugs at the party although Jacobs is trying to stay sober after a rehab stint in 2007. He has admitted to relapsing in 2013.

The source told The Post, “Everyone was in their 20s,” but “people weren’t as good-looking as I expected.” The drugs being used were reportedly GHB and a form of crystal meth.

Jacobs has since taken to Instagram and never denied the orgy, which reportedly lasted all weekend. He also quit Grindr for the time being.

“Wild??? I'd say "MILD,” he said of the Post’s headline ‘Marc Jacobs hosts a wild, 10-person orgy.’

“And to whichever guest benefitted from calling this misinformation into the Post, I only wish you good health, happiness, and a long life to enjoy taking advantage of the kindness of strangers and talking sh-t about others. #reallyqueen?”

In an earlier post, he said goodye to Grindr "(for now)," writing, “Yup. I'm gay. Sometimes I enjoy sex. Sometimes! #stillonlyhuman#callmemarc #yourstotry...maybe."

The designer has also responded to a take down piece about his career, also by the New York Post, by penning an open letter to the writer.
