Three more acts will perform at the Grammys in less than two weeks. Nominees Maroon 5 and Frank Ocean will perform, as will Alicia Keys, who already has several Grammy wins on her resume.
The Recording Academy announced that Ocean will be on hand to perform. He is up for a total of six awards thanks to the success of Channel Orange. The album is up for Album Of The Year and Best Urban Contemporary Album. “Thinkin Bout You” is nominated for Record of the Year, while “No Church In The Wild” is up for Best Short Form Music Video (with West, Ocean, The-Dream, Romain Gavras, and Mourad Belkeddar). He is also nominated for Best New Artist and Best Rap/Sung Collaboration (with Jay-Z, Kanye West and The-Dream).
Maroon 5, which has won three awards in the past, is up for two more. “Payphone” was nominated for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance. Their album, Overexposed is up for Best Pop Vocal Album.
Keys, who has won 14 Grammys, just released her newest album, Girl on Fire.
Just yesterday, the Academy announced that Justin Timberlake will perform. It will be his first Grammy performance in four years. Also performing are: Taylor Swift, Rihanna, fun., Mumford & Sons, the Black Keys, the Lumineers, Jack White, Carrie Underwood, Dierks Bentley, Miranda Lambert, Ed Sheeran and Elton John.
LL Cool J is hosting the 55th annual Grammys in LA. CBS will broadcast it live on Sunday, Feb. 10.
