Migrants in Calais, France got quite a surprise when they tried to board a truck bound for the U.K.
BBC reported that when they opened the back of the truck stuck in traffic they saw a polar bear.
The 22-month-old bear named Nissan was being moved from a zoo in Moscow to one in Yorkshire, England.
"There was a slight hiccup at Calais," said Simon Marsh, animal collections manager of Yorkshire Wildlife Park. "Nissan had some unexpected guests in the back of the lorry. Obviously he was in a crate, so it was all very safe and secure, but I think they were a bit surprised when they saw a polar bear."
Not all of the migrants got in the truck after seeing Nissan, but those opting to take a ride with the bear were forced off when police arrived.
Thousands of migrants living in camps in the French city have been trying to find ways to reach England, which is about 30 miles away.
