New documents in the Bobbi Kristina Brown case allege longtime boyfriend Nick Gordon injected her with a toxic mixture before placing her in a bathtub.
According to a report by WSB-TV the documents were filed by attorney's representing the estate of Bobbi Kristina in a response to a motion by Gordon asking a judge to stay any civil proceedings. Brown's legal team says Gordon's request should be denied stating that Gordon "has no problem giving an interview to Dr. Phil but asks this court to relieve him of his legal responsibility."
The 22-year-old daughter of the late Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown passed away on July 26th after spending months in a coma after she was found unconscious in a bath tub on Jan. 31.
People also reported that the wrongful death lawsuit alleges Brown died after a "violent altercation" with Gordon that left her bruised and battered with a tooth knocked out.
Gordon's legal team claims the allegations are false and without merit. He is also being accused of receiving $40,000 to allow a magazine to take pictures of him at Brown's grave and transferring money from her account into his own without authorization.
Brown's family originally filed the wrongful death suit back in August and have accused Gordon of being involved in her death since the incident first took place.
