More details have surfaced about Shia LaBeouf’s Friday arrest for public intoxication in Austin, Texas, where the actor was attending the Austin City Limits Music Festival.

LaBeouf was arrested at around 7:30 p.m. after he was seen jaywalking.

The Austin Statesman obtained an arrest affidavit, which revealed that LaBeouf was with two women, ages 18 and 20, at the time. The arresting officer said that LaBeouf walked across East Sixth Street, even though the traffic light had turned green. He then held up his hand, as if he was trying to get drivers to stop.

After stopping his car, the officer approached LaBeouf, who smelled of alcohol. “LaBeouf’s speech was slurred and thick-tongued and his eyes were glassy and dilated,” the affidavit reads.

LaBeouf allegedly told the officer that he usually “walks away because police had killed a friend of his.” The actor then “became increasingly confrontational, aggravated, profane and verbally aggressive.” He called the officer a “silly man” three times.

According to TMZ, LaBeouf even told the officer that he was a member of the National Guard. He eventually told the officer, “Do whatever the f**k you gotta do!”

Since his arrest, LaBeouf has posted a few strange tweets. He posted another one today, writing “paparazzi, paparazzi.”
