A new reality series is coming to BET and will star rap icon Snoop Dogg, Grammy-winning producer Jermaine Dupri among others the network announced Friday.
The new show which has yet to be titled will also feature rapper Birdman and entrepreneur Damon Dash. Birdman is also the co-founder of Cash Money Records, home of Nicki Minaj and formerly Lil' Wayne and Drake.
According to ABC News the show is set to start filming in Los Angeles in November and will be released in the second half of 2016.
Additionally, Lemuel Plummer will be producing the show. Plummer is best known for producing Preachers of Atlanta and Preachers of LA.
BET reported that the show will delve into their lives from family to business to their love lives and promised the series will be packed with drama and laughs over the course of eight episodes.
This will not be Snoop Dogg's first experiment with reality television. Back in 2007-2008 he had short-lived reality series titled Snoop Doggs Fatherhood on E!
Snoop Dogg can also be seen hosting this year's BET Awards in Atlanta which will air on Oct. 13.
