The legal cases continue to mount against Bill Cosby as he is currently under investigation as two more women have come forward with accusations of sexual assault.

CBS Philadelphia reported that Cosby is under criminal investigation in Montgomery County for an alleged 2004 sexual assault that could potentially result in criminal charges. Another woman is alleging Cosby drugged and raped her at a private audition in 1984.

The latest allegations come less than a week after news broke that Cosby replaced his longtime lawyer Martin Singer with the Los Angeles based law firm Quinn Emmanuel Urquhart & Sullivan.

One of the accusers, who gave her first name as Dottye, claims she was working as an actress when Cosby invited her for a private audition where he offered her a drink to relax that she says made her disoriented. Dottye says that she remembers wearing only a robe when he allegedly raped her in a hallway.

The other alleged victim, Donna Barrett, claims she was officiating a track meet when Cosby grabbed her from behind and forcefully pulled her onto his groin. Barrett says "He had me locked down against his body without my consent or desire."

The two women appeared at a New York press conference Friday alongside attorney Gloria Allred who represents close to half of Cosby's accusers which now totals close to 60 women.

Earlier this month, Allred questioned Cosby for seven hours during a deposition as part of a civil suit brought on by Judy Huth who alleges she was molested by Cosby at the Playboy mansion in 1947.

Cosby has maintained his innocence throughout all allegations thus far. His lawyers have yet to comment on the most recent accusations.
