Both Ariana Grande and Ariel Winter are defending each other when it comes to body shamers on social media; one in particular who compared the two girls’ very different body types.
The “Focus” singer reposted a comment made by someone comparing Grande’s thin body to the Modern Family star’s curves, and had a lot to say in response.
The comment was, "Got asked if I'd prefer @arielwinter1 or @ArianaGrande lol, it wud definitely be @arielwinter1 curves are sexy sticks aren't.”
In part, Grande responded, "We live in a day and age where people make it IMPOSSIBLE for women, men, anyone to embrace themselves exactly how they are. Diversity is sexy! Loving yourself is sexy!"
Winter has since reacted by reposting Grande’s message and telling her women should “empower” and “celebrate” each other.
