Ariana Grande has been vocal about misogyny lately and she schooled two radio hosts about it on Power 106 while promoting her new single “Focus.”

Grande scolded Justin Credible and Eric D-Lux for their questions, which she considered sexist. The DJs then took to Twitter to clarify the interview was much more lighthearted than the media is portraying it to be.

It started when Grande was asked what she would pick if she had to choose between her phone or wearing makeup.

"Is this what you think girls have trouble choosing between?” she asked. “Is this men assuming that's what girls would have to choose between?"

After fighting them on their thinking that men can’t use the unicorn emoji, she was then asked how she would change the world if she could.

"I have a long list of things I'd like to change,” she said. “I think just sort of judgement in general .. intolerance, meanness, intolerance, double-standards, misogyny, racism, sexism, all that s---. There's lots that we gotta get started on. That's what we need to focus on! We have to work to do."

She added, "We'll start with you."

More recently, Grande slammed someone on social media for comparing her body type to Modern Family star Ariel Winter's.
