Bill Cosby was supposed to give a deposition in Janice Dickinson’s defamation lawsuit against him and his former attorney, Martin Singer, later this month. However, the deposition was delayed.

Earlier this month, a judge said that Dickinson’s attorney could depose Cosby and Singer before Nov. 25. Cosby’s deposition was scheduled for Nov. 23 and Singer’s was set for Nov. 19.

However, the Los Angeles Times reported on Thursday that the 2nd District Court of Appeals delayed both depositions after Cosby appealed that ruling.

In November 2014, Dickinson joined the growing list of women accusing the former Cosby Show star of sexual assault. Dickinson claimed that she was raped and drugged in Lake Tahoe in 1982. Singer, who was Cosby’s attorney at the time, quickly called her allegation a lie. Then, in May, the former model filed a defamation lawsuit against Cosby and Singer.

Cosby was questioned by attorney Gloria Allred last month in connection with Judy Huth’s civil lawsuit. Huth claims that Cosby sexually assaulted her at the Playboy Mansion when she was only 15 in 1974.
