Both Bill Cosby and his former attorney, Marty Singer, will give a disposition in the coming weeks for the defamation lawsuit filed by former supermodel Janice Dickinson.

The Wrap noted that during a hearing Monday a judge ordered that each man will be disposed sometime before Nov. 25.

Dickinson is one of the many women that claim the former TV dad sexually assaulted her. She filed the suit in May after Cosby denied her claim.

“We are absolutely delighted at this victory today. It is going to be a long fight but this one victory is an important victory,” Dickinson’s attorney, Lisa Bloom, said Monday. “We are up against Mr. Cosby and all his money and power and all his lawyers and so we are very pleased that the judge, reading from the bench, made a very thorough and detailed decision in our favor.”

Dickinson came forward last year and alleged that in 1982, Cosby gave her wine and pills which caused her to pass out. She said the last thing she remembered was the comedian getting on top of her and when she came to her pajamas were off and there was semen between her legs.

More than 50 woman have came forward alleging similar situations occurred when they were in the company of the actor, with two more coming forward just last week.

While the number of accusers has continued to rise, Cosby has continued to maintain his innocence.
