Kohl’s has released a holiday ad which features a same-sex couple in it, which is titled Celebrate Togetherness.
The ad was posted on Monday and it’s part of their #AllTogetherNow campaign, which will feature eight ads of its kind in total.
According to Advertising Age, the campaign will run an individual ad for each family member, showing the holidays from each point of view. In that case, we’ll likely see an entire ad on the same-sex couple featured in the first one.
Kohl’s titled the first video, “The best part of the holidays? Being together with family and friends of course! Get your home ready for holiday guests and entertaining at Kohl's and Kohls.com. #AllTogetherNow.”
The diverse family the Wisconsin-based retailer features also has a biracial couple. Will Setliff, exec VP-marketing, told AdAge the campaign "focuses on how Kohl's is bringing modern families together in unexpected ways.”
