Kraft Heinz said Wednesday that it will be eliminating 2,600 jobs and closing seven factories. One of those factories is the Oscar Mayer headquarters in Madison, Wisconsin, and the company will be relocating the brand to Chicago.

Michael Mullen, senior vice president of corporate and government affairs for Kraft Heinz, said in a statement to CNBC that production will move to other North American factories over the next two years.

Aside from the plant in Madison, the other plants being closed are in Fullerton, California; San Laredo, California; Federalsburg, Maryland; Campbell, New York and Leigh Valley, Pennsylvania. The plant in St. Marys, Ontario in Canada will also be closed.

According to The Cap Times in Madison, the plant there employed around 1,200 people. A union representative told the site that he didn’t hear about the plant closing until today.

The Chicago Tribune reports that the move to Chicago will bring 250 jobs to the area.

Kraft and Heinz merged in March and cut 2,500 jobs in August.
