Michael Lohan and his wife, Kate Major, have lost custody of their two sons; 2-year-old Landon and 10-month-old Logan. Their paternal grandmother currently has custody of them.

Lohan and Major got into another blowout fight, which caused them to lose custody of their kids. The Florida Dept. of Children and Families saw a video of the fight, which caused the kids to be placed in foster care last week.

TMZ reports Lohan and Major appeared in court on Tuesday to try to regain custody, but the judge shot them down and instead awarded temporary custody to Lohan’s mother.

The couple, who have been ordered to attend anger management classes, can only visit them if they’re wearing a DCF monitor.

Lohan previously told TMZ the reason the kids were taken was because Major had them without her court-ordered monitor on. In June, Major checked into rehab after drunkenly attacking her husband in April. The couple is currently estranged.

Lohan has four older children with ex-wife Dina Lohan, including Lindsay Lohan.
