Miley Cyrus showed off the newest member of her family via social media this week. He is a pit bull pup named Milky.
The 22-year-old animal lover, who was named PETA’s Sexiest Vegetarian Celebrity of 2015, mourned the death of her dog Floyd last year. She even wrote a song about him, her late blowfish Pablow and her other dog Lila, but now she was finally ready for a new best friend and adopted the rescue dog.
Cyrus shared several pics and videos on Instagram and Facebook of Milky. Some in which he is sleeping, others where they are laying together and another adorable one of the singer grinning and the pit bull with his tongue out for the camera. She hashtagged the photos #peaceforpits and #adoptdontshop.
Milky seems very photogenic and will certainly fit right in with his famous human and her other pets including a pig named Bubba Sue, a cat named Lilo and two dogs Bean and Emu. It’s a sure bet that Cyrus will share more pics of her pup as he grows and we are looking forward to seeing all of those.
