Taylor Swift is no stranger to surprising her fans at times when they are going through struggles and over the weekend the singer delivered another dream to a 12-year-old girl in Sydney.

Australia’s Today noted that Jorja Hope has "progressive, inner-ear hearing loss" and wanted to hear her idol live in concert before she became deaf.

When Hope found out she was losing her hearing her reaction was that she "won't be able to hear Taylor Swift,” so her twin sister immediately set up an online campaign with the hashtag #HelpJorjaMeetTaylorSwiftSydney.

A local radio station, Nova 96.9, heard about Hope’s story and joined in to try and arrange a meeting between Swift and her super fan. And that is exactly what ended up happening last Saturday night.

Hope not only attended the concert but then got to meet and take a picture with Swift backstage.

"She was very, very amazing and very pretty," she gushed about meeting the star. "I didn't expect her to be as tall as she was."
