Gretchen snorts Adderall to help her get through her day (which doesn’t work at all) to help her cope with her depression. She decides that she needs a break from Jimmy, so she goes to live with Lindsey for a little bit.

Jimmy is getting close with Nina, the bartender from the bar he goes to often. But it blows up in his face when he tells Nina that he has a girlfriend (which he neglected to mention sooner). A few days later, Jimmy goes to Nina’s bar to make it up to her. They end up talking and drinking all night, ending the evening with Jimmy making out with Nina.

Lindsey and Gretchen’s client, Sam dropped their new track on the radio on Fire 103.3. The reviews were not great, which did not make Sam happy. He even walked out on the show. The host of Fire 103.3 decides to surprise Sam the next day by bringing in his former collaborators while he is apologizing for his previous day’s behavior. The group gets back together after they get beat up together after the radio show.

Vernon is a financial mess that he doesn’t want Becca to know about. So he enlists Paul to help him keep his secret.

Edgar is trying to get close with Dorothy’s comedy friends. It backfires on Dorothy because Edgar starts acting like her comedy friends that she can’t stand.

Gretchen and Jimmy are on the rocks because of her depression. She admits to Jimmy that she feels nothing about everything. He needs to stop thinking that her depression will just magically go away.
