If you think the DMV runs too slow in the human world, just try to survive the DMV in the animal world. In a new trailer for Walt Disney Animation Studios’ Zootopia, it’s revealed that sloths run the DMV there.
The trailer is one long scene, with rabbit police officer Judy Hopps (Ginnifer Goodwin) needing to look up a license plate. Sly fox Nick Wilde (Jason Bateman) hopes to help her, but she is very disappointed to learn that she has to rely on sloths. Nick even interrupts them to tell a joke, which makes things go even slower!
Zootopia was directed by Rich Moore (Wreck-It Ralph) and Byron Howard (Tangled) and is the first Disney Animation film since 2014’s Big Hero 6. The voice cast includes J.K. Simmons, Alan Tudyk, Idris Elba, Bonnie Hunt, Octavia Spencer and Jenny Slate.
The new movie opens on March 4.
