Caitlyn Jenner is already facing one lawsuit after a fatal car crash earlier this year, and now she has been hit with another.
The Huffington Post reported Jenner is being sued by the Wolf-Millesi family, who filed the lawsuit with the Los Angeles Superior Court on Friday. Jenner is being sued for negligence over the accident, which occurred on Feb. 7.
Peter Wolf-Millesi was driving the car that struck Kim Howe’s vehicle, which had been rear-ended when Jenner hit her. Along with another occupant in the vehicle, four Wolf-Millesi family members had serious injuries.
Jenner released a statement after the crash, calling it “a devastating tragedy.”
Back in August, it was reported Jenner faced a lawsuit for $18.5 million. After the crash, it was reported Jenner faced a wrongful death suit by Howe’s stepchildren and another driver involved in the collision as also sued the reality star.
The Associated Press reported Wolf Millesi’s suit mentioned his infant son had been unresponsive after the accident occurred and his wife is still undergoing treatment for injuries that she sustained.
