Brett Rossi, a porn star who was engaged to Charlie Sheen, is now suing the actor. She claims that he forced her to get an abortion because he did not want a child with HIV.
Rossi claims that she became pregnant in March 2014, a month after the couple announced that they were engaged. Sheen allegedly threatened to leave her, unless she got an abortion because he did not want her “to give birth to a retarded child.” She decided to get the abortion.
People Magazine reports that Rossi’s lawsuit cited assault and battery, emotional distress, false imprisonment and negligence. Her lawyer told the magazine that Sheen already agreed to pay the 26-year-old $1 million and 5 percent of his back end profits from Two and a Half Men. However, after Sheen revealed that he is HIV-positive, Rossi claims he didn’t sign that settlement.
The lawsuit goes into the detail of Rossi and Sheen’s relationship. She claims that they had unprotected sex at least five times before he told her that he was HIV-positive and he only did that after she found his medicine. Rossi also claimed that Sheen was violent numerous times while they were together.
Sheen is reportedly planning on writing a memoir and, according to the New York Post, wants publishers to pay him $10 million for it.
