Former Nickelodeon star Drake Bell was arrested on Monday in Glendale, California. He is suspected of driving under the influence.
According to the Los Angeles Times, the 29-year-old actor and musician was stopped by police at around 2:20 a.m. Monday when he was seen speeding and swerving after he stopped for a red light.
A Glendale Police spokeswoman told the Times that the arresting officer noticed the smell of alcohol and Bell failed the sobriety test.
TMZ reported that Bell was released from jail after 10 hours and posted $20,000 bail.
Bell is best known for starring in the Nickelodeon show Drake and Josh. Last month, Entertainment Tonight confirmed that Bell will reunite with his former co-star, Josh Peck, on the Fox comedy Grandfathered with John Stamos.
Bell also has tour dates in Mexico set for February.
