A man who tried to break into Kylie Jenner’s home last week escaped custody over the weekend. He was later found again and will be staying away from Jenner for at least 72 hours.

Last week, TMZ reported that the man got close enough to Jenner’s security gate that he sent an alarm off. He was captured and put on a psych hold.

However, TMZ reported this morning that the stalker managed to escape. He didn’t get very far before Los Angeles County Sheriff’s deputies caught him. He was put on another 72-hour psych hold.

TMZ’s source says that the man has tried 10 times in the past to get into Jenner’s property.

Jenner’s mother, Kris Jenner, also faced a scary situation with an intruder earlier this month. In Kris’ case, the intruder made it all the way to her office and met her face-to-face. Kris later fired her entire security staff. Her security will now be handled by her son-in-law Kanye West’s security detail.
