Mark Salling, the former Glee actor who was arrested for alleged possession of child pornography on Tuesday, is now out on bail.
Salling was arrested at his Sunland, California home on Tuesday after the Los Angeles Police Department served a search warrant. It was reported that police found hundreds of images on his computer. TMZ’s sources said that some of the images show girls under age 10 performing sexual acts.
Police obtained a search warrant based on a tip from Salling’s ex-girlfriend. They did an investigation to confirm her claims and were sure about what they would find at his home.
TMZ later reported that Salling is out on bail and they published a photo of Salling leaving jail. His bail was set at $20,000 and his family put down $2,000 of that.
Salling has been quiet on his social media pages since Christmas Day. The 33-year-old actor starred on Fox’s Glee as Noah ‘Puck’ Puckerman during the show’s entire run, which ended earlier this year. He hasn’t had many roles outside the show, although he was in a TV movie called Rocky Road in 2014.
