Director Quentin Tarantino recently appeared on The Howard Stern Show, and he had plenty of unkind words directed towards Disney due to their treatment of his latest film.

Tarantino's new movie 'The Hateful Eight' was apparently set to play at the Cinemarama Dome in Los Angeles starting on December 25, but now the theater is pushing him aside in favor of running 'Star Wars: The Force Awakens' all through the holidays. Tarantino claims that the Dome owners told Disney they would honor their 'Hateful Eight' deal, but in response, Disney threatened to pull 'The Force Awakens' from every ArcLight theater.

"They are going out of their way to **** me," the director said. He went on to call Disney's actions extortion, as well as mean and vindictive, and asked reporters to call up Disney and question their extortionist practices. Disney has yet to comment on the situation.

Tarantino also stressed how his movie is no real competition to the 'Star Wars' box office, and he was baffled that the studio would be this petty about one single theater. He also pointed out that he has made Disney a lot of money in the past, as some of his movies like 'Pulp Fiction' and 'Kill Bill' were produced by the Disney owned studio Miramax.

'The Hateful Eight' opens on December 25 in limited release. The studio recently released a list of theaters that will be playing it in 70mm.
