The members of the Swedish pop group ABBA came together for their first appearance in almost a decade for the launch of new restaurant called: Mama Mia! The party.
USA Today reported that Benny Andersson, Agnetha Fältskog and Anni-Frid Lyngstad joined Björn Ulvaeus for the opening of his new dinner-theater restaurant inspired by the film Mamma Mia!, which was inspired by the stage musical Mama Mia! ABBA had the hit song with the same name in 1975.
The new eatery is located on Stockholm and is a Grecian style restaurant.
Although the band members reunited for this occasion it’s not likely that the group will ever get back together to perform again.
People noted that when asked about that possibility Andersson said, "I don't think so."
ABBA rarely even makes appearances together and had admitted they would rather leave their lives as singing sensations in the past. The group of four consisted of two married couples who each divorced in the ‘80s, however, the bandmates have remained friendly through the years.
