Just when you thought there couldn’t possibly be another way to incorporate junk food into your diet plan, Chick-Fil-A has come along with a diet that consists of eating chicken nuggets every few hours.

According to People, the popular food chain now has a new slogan on their bags that says, “Kick off the New Year by adding one healthy habit to your routine. Here’s a good one: Eat smaller meals (like an 8-count pack of grilled nuggets) every three to four hours.”

Of course, this is a tad on the expensive side since you’d be spending over $20 per day on chicken nuggets alone.

Other diets that have been spurred based on junk food include taco diets and a pizza cleanse. One New York woman ate pizza for seven days straight and ended up losing five pounds.
